Stuart Adamson

Stuart Adamson is a passionate music teacher with 15 years of experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge as a classically trained singer, cellist, and pianist. His journey took a transformative turn during the Covid pandemic when he completed a course with the Sound Healing Academy, blending his love for yoga, meditation and music.

With an MA in Music Psychology in Health Education and Wellbeing from Sheffield University, Stuart is eager to further his knowledge with a PhD focused on the effects of sound and music on trauma. A dedicated vegan for 22 years, he is also a proud father of four adopted children, embodying a life of compassion and creativity.
